This website is run by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust and West London NHS Trust. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

Third party applications
The website is using Crisp – a third party live chat application. This is not part of the website design and is a separate plug, yet is still essential to the website. Users may find it difficult to use the live chat with just a keyboard or via a screen reader application. When navigating to different pages on the website with the live chat open, the mouse cursor tends to remain in the live chat box without making it known to the user.

This website was developed in early 2020 and launched in June 2020. We followed the standards during the development of the site and our developer Frank Health tested compliance with standards prior to launch.
