We are excited to offer Month of Mindfulness sessions for health professionals, key workers and local authority staff across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) area.
What is Month of Mindfulness?
It is a weekly series of bespoke, 30 minute sessions led by Breathworks which build a regular mindfulness practice as an approach to improving wellbeing and resilience. The sessions are designed to build weekly, but you can also join drop-in to sessions.
Open to all staff - health professionals, key workers, local authority, emergency services staff across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) area.
Dates to book:
- Tuesday 20, 27 September, 4 and 11 October (1pm to 1.30pm)
- Thursday 6, 13, 20 and 27 October (12.30pm to 1pm)
- Wednesday 9, 16, 23 and 30 November (5pm to 5.30pm)
