Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many key workers have been redeployed into different roles to support the health and care system. While redeployment can offer opportunities to learn new skills and gain new experience, it may also present many challenges that can negatively affect your mental health and wellbeing.

We have created a redeployment toolkit which provides practical advice, techniques and exercises to support you during this time. You can do these exercises at your own pace and revisit them as often as you need.

Download the redeployment toolkit here.

We have also produced a series of short video clips which you can listen to in your own time and at your own pace. They cover topics including the importance of cultivating compassion and how to deal with uncertainty, stress and burnout.

We hope they can be a helpful reminder to prioritise your own wellbeing. Please find the videos below.
