For this year’s World Mental Health Day, we’re supporting the latest phase of Every Mind Matters that shares the small things we can all do to be ‘kind to our minds’.

This year’s theme is 'Make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority'.wmhd-graphic-no-date-900x627.png

World Mental Health Day is also a chance to talk about mental health in general, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to talk about things and get help if you are struggling.

It’s important to ensure our health and social care colleagues are looking after themselves and get timely support should they need it, take a look at some resources to help encourage mental wellbeing conversations and actions.
