The Hot Chocolate Hour is a virtual space to talk about how you are feeling and learn coping strategies, led by one of our Keeping Well team. Each session covers a different wellbeing topic, for example coping with worry or improving sleep. More information can be found here.
We have also started to offer wellbeing webinars on specific topics.
