We are excited to return to offer an online six-week mindfulness course for health professionals, key workers and local authority staff across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) area.

Learn the skills of mindfulness and compassion and how to apply them at work and at home. This is a hands on, free interactive course. You'll try lots of different, practical ways to bring mindfulness into your life - that you can take away with you for long-lasting change.

These include movement, guided meditations, group discussions and exercises and tips on how to bring these into your daily life.

What it includes
  • 12 hours online training, over six weeks (two hour sessions per week)
  • live teaching and virtual classroom discussion
  • 10 minute home practice sessions
  • Access to materials and resources
The six-week course will run Thursdays from 1pm-3pm on the following dates:
  • 8 February
  • 15 February
  • 22 February
  • 1 March
  • 8 March
  • 15 March
