As an old year ends and a new one begins, we are inviting you to start your 2023 by allowing yourself to take some time and space to be in tune with yourself.
Join our next round of Month of Mindfulness dates starting in January, the dates are:
- Thursday 19 January 1pm to 1.30pm
- Thursday 26 January 1pm to 1.30pm
- Thursday 2 February 1pm to 1.30pm
- Thursday 9 February 1pm to 1.30pm
It is a weekly series of bespoke, 30 minute sessions which build a regular mindfulness practice as an approach to improving wellbeing and resilience. The sessions are designed to build weekly, but you can also join drop-in to sessions.
