The past year has been a difficult one for teachers. The Covid-19 pandemic has brought unique challenges and stresses for teaching staff. Working longer hours, organising remote lessons, balancing home and work life, and seeing friends and colleagues become unwell may have impacted your stress, anxiety or mood. You may also be worried about the return to school in September.
If you are struggling, you do not need to suffer in silence. The Keeping Well service is here to provide support to key workers, including teachers, in the Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) area.
All support is confidential and provides a safe space to speak about your struggles and wellbeing needs with a trained professional. Our practitioners can support with common mental health conditions and signpost to additional organisations, services and resources.
