Learn how to meditate with this free meditation course from WeMeditate, every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm. 

These sessions are run in the evenings after work and are chair-based so they are suitable for people of all ages, capabilities and backgrounds. By learning the techniques to enter a state of thoughtless awareness (not mindfulness) you will have acquired the basics of meditation which can help reduce stress.
