Our latest staff webinar was held on 23 July 2021.

The webinar is an opportunity for key workers in the Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) region to ask questions and find out more about how the Keeping Well Service can support them with any difficulties they are experiencing.

Keeping Well provides wellbeing and psychological support to key workers in BLMK who are experiencing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic or previous mental health conditions that have resurfaced over the last year.

The topic of the month in this webinar is getting support with needle phobia. This is a fear of medical procedures that involve needles or injections and is very common, affecting at least one in ten people. Keeping Well can provide support for key workers who need help to overcome a needle phobia. More information and self-help resources about needle phobia can be found on the BLMK website.

As a growing and evolving service we are keen to understand the needs of our staff groups. Please tell us your thoughts and ideas by contacting us at keepingwell.blmk@nhs.net
